I've paid, but I have not recieved login details!

It’s possible your details were caught by your email clients spam filter. Check that folder and the details may have been sent there, if you find them it may be worth setting emails from us as ‘not spam’ to prevent any future contact from us not reaching you.

Failing that just get in touch and a friendly member of staff will investigate the issue!

 

What are the differences between a home and school account?

I have a recurring subscription but the last payment failed and i'm locked out!

This can be a few problems, some of the more common reasons are a card cancellation or your current debit card has expired. To renew an account with a new card simply sign up again with the same email address and everything will pick up where you left off.

If your bank says that a payment has been taken and you still can’t access the account please get in touch with a member of staff.

Do you do a trial for Parents?

We currently only do trials for Schools, however if you’re hesitant to commit to a payment plan you have a 2 week money back guarantee, which means if you are not happy you will get a full refund if you contact us within 14 working days.

What are the differences between payment plans?

The primary difference is simply how you wish to manage your account payments. From a student perspective there are no payment tiers and every subscription type has access to all lesson available.

In terms of payment a regular monthly has the payment taken every month and can be cancelled anytime. An Annual subscription is a single one off payment for the entire year and the Instalments option is also for a year with the payment being taken in manageable monthly chunks.

I had an account a few months/years back, can I get it back with all the work my child achieved?

Absolutely! We never delete or remove an account without a very good reason and other than that any work lost can only be manually removed by yourself.

If your account has expired and you want it back, you need only go through the signup procedure again by selecting ‘Join or Renew’ and ensure that you use the same email address that was tied to your old account.
