ConquerMaths seems to have great results! Why is it so much better than any other home study aid?
By placing control of the lesson into their own hands, each student can learn at his or her own pace and this together with the ability to stop, rewind or replay any part of the lesson enables the student to Conquer each lesson before moving on to another topic.
I am interested in ConquerMaths. I want to know how much it costs and how to access the lessons?

Select the option that suits your needs. You will then be asked to complete a short online form and arrange for payment either by PayPal or WorldPay. As soon as payment has been made you will be sent login details to gain instant access to the entire program.
Can I subscribe for more than one student?
Yes you can subscribe to ConquerMaths for one, two or three students using our Signup page. Please click the following link http://www.conquermaths.com/signup. You will be able to track each individuals progress using the Parent login http://www.conquermaths.com/parents. If you would like to add more than three students, please contact us for pricing.
What happens when I subscribe and make my first payment?
All your financial information is held by either WorldPay or PayPal. These are secure payment processing systems. When you subscribe, you set up a separate account with them. You pay them and they pay us later. You will receive two emails. The first from WorldPay or PayPal will give you your transaction details and your login details if you used WorldPay to access your account and modify your payment plan. The second email will be from ConquerMaths and will provide you with your username and password to access the entire program.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Or is there a minimum period for subscription?
It depends on the type of subscription you have taken out. If you take out a standard monthly subscription, the minimum term for membership is one month. You are free to cancel at any time. If you subscribe and later cancel your subscription, this will not affect any time remaining on your account, but, will ensure that you are not billed again when your membership is due for renewal. If you take out a six month or annual subscription paid in full, this is a one-time payment and will not be rebilled automatically. If you take out an annual subscription which is paid in instalments, the minimum term is 12 months. The subscription will continue to run on a month by month basis after the 12 month period when you will be free to cancel at any time.
I want to add my two children to the subscription. Do they need to have their own email addresses?
No they don't need their own email addresses. You will be able to register your children as students and give them their student user names and passwords from your account. They would use these to log into ConquerMaths.
When I want to unsubscribe from ConquerMaths, how do I do it?
To unsubscribe from the program, you must make notification in writing prior to the automated renewal of your subscription, either by email or letter. You may also cancel by telephone. Please note that cancellation after the automatic renewal date will not be eligible for refund.
You give a guarantee. How does this work?
If you are unhappy with the program for whatever reason you may cancel and receive a full refund if you do so within the first two weeks of your subscription.
How do I renew or extend my current subscription?
To extend a subscription you already have running, simply complete the sign up form at http://www.conquermaths.com/signup entering the original email address you used at the time of the initial sign up. Once your payment has been processed, the new subscription will be added to the end of your current subscription. Your user name and password will remain unchanged and all of your results data will be retained.
I prefer to pay using Internet Banking. Please let me have your account details so that I can make an Internet transfer.
Regular automatic payments can be made either by credit or debit card using WorldPay/FuturePay or PayPal which will also allow you to make payments directly from your bank account or you can set up a standing order by contacting us direct.
Can I make a payment offline?
If you would rather make a payment offline, you may do so using money order, postal order or a cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Payment must be made in Pounds sterling and be sent to:

How long would it take to gain access to the Tutorials and other Materials if I pay by cheque? I would like to start as soon as possible.
As soon as your cheque has been cleared by the Bank, your details will be processed, your new account created and your user name and password details sent to you by email.
Is there any difference in the content between the online and the CD-ROM versions?
The online service provides access to both the Primary and the Secondary maths programs from any Internet connected computer, whereas the CD-ROMs are designed for home use or where no internet connection is available and covers the Secondary curriculum only, however the tutorials are delivered by the same friendly teacher and each lesson has its own worksheet.
Can ConquerMaths be used in schools?

Do you have a program covering AS and A level maths?
ConquerMaths offers AS and A Level maths lessons covering Core 1 and 2.

I am having trouble viewing the full screen?
When the lessons are loaded, press F11 to go full screen. To exit full screen mode, press F11 again. Occasionally the F11 key can be disabled by Flash. If your screen does not go full screen, you can find the option in the 'File' menu in Internet Explorer 9, in the 'Spanner' menu in Google Chrome or in the Firefox main menu.
I can't log in... my username and passwords are correct and I don't know what to do!
If you copy and paste your password, be careful not to copy a space onto the end of either your user name or password or your login will fail. This is very easily done. If typing in details directly make sure that you have read '0' (zero) and '1' (one) as numbers and not the letters 'O' and 'l' which look very similar. If you still can't login, you can request your password by selecting the login area you wish to enter then submitting your email address in the 'lost password' box. You should also ensure that you are using the user name and password for the correct access point i.e. Access to your account or to the student area.
